Cancellation

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. The conditions vary depending on how far in advance you cancel: see the “Cancellation policy” page for full details on refunds.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If conditions make the excursion dangerous, we offer you a postponement to another date or a full refund.

Excursions

Is hotel pick-up included?

Yes, for all our excursions departing from Marrakech. We pick you up at your hotel or riad, or at the nearest meeting point if the alley is not accessible by vehicle.

Can children take part?

Yes. A child rate applies, and children under 4 benefit from a reduced rate or travel free of charge, depending on the excursion. Children count towards the vehicle's capacity.

General

Do your guides speak French?

Yes. Our drivers and guides are French-speaking. An English- or Spanish-speaking guide can be requested as an option when booking.

How can I contact you?

By phone, by email or via the form on the Contact page. We reply within 24 hours, every day of the week.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online payment is made by bank card via the secure CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) platform. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted.

Do I have to pay the full amount when booking?

Depending on the excursion, you can pay a deposit when booking and the balance on site on the day of departure. The exact amount of each part is displayed before payment.

Is the displayed price per person?

For excursions and tours, the price is per person and varies according to group size. For transfers, it is a price per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers.

Booking

How do I book an excursion?

Choose your excursion, select a date and the number of participants, then fill in your details. You receive a confirmation by email as soon as payment is validated.

How late can I book?

Bookings can be made up to the day before departure, subject to availability. For multi-day tours, we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance.

Can I book a private excursion?

Yes. Most of our excursions offer a private transport option: your group then has its own dedicated vehicle and driver.

Transfers

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time. The driver adjusts their arrival time: no surcharge is charged for a flight delay.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall, after customs, with a sign bearing your name.

Itinerary

Pick-up at 7:00 from your accommodation in Marrakech. Departure across the High Atlas via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass. Exceptional panoramic views of the Berber villages.

Visit of the legendary UNESCO-listed Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou. Free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, drive through Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Africa (photo stop and optional visit to the Atlas Studios). Continue along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs and through the Valley of Roses to your hotel.

Overnight in a Riad / Hotel in Boumalne Dadès with dinner.

Pick-up from your accommodation at 06:45. If your accommodation is outside Marrakech, please contact us to confirm. If it is accessible by car, the driver will be waiting for you ten minutes before the scheduled time; if not, a nearby accessible meeting point will be provided.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • No changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time zone.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to bad weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the departure time. Any amounts already paid are refunded in full, deposit included.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before

After this deadline, the full price of the service is due: it has been scheduled and the vehicle has been reserved for you. No refund is possible, and a missed departure (late arrival, failure to show up at the meeting point) is treated as a late cancellation.

Deposit and balance

When the excursion allows it, you pay a deposit when booking and the balance on site, on the day of departure. The deposit follows exactly the same cancellation rules: refunded more than 24 hours before, retained within 24 hours. For a departure less than 24 hours away, only full payment is offered.

Changing your booking

The date can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability on the new date. A change in the number of travelers may alter the applicable rate, as prices decrease by tier.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel — dangerous weather, road closure, technical problem, minimum number of participants not reached on a shared departure — you choose between postponement to another date and a full refund. No additional compensation is due.

How to cancel

Write to us or call us, stating your booking number and the departure date. The request is registered upon receipt: it is this timestamp that determines the 24-hour deadline. The refund is made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
